This full time, hourly position is responsible for Garbage and Document Shredding questions on the phone and in person, creating work orders, working with customers to resolve problems, assisting Confidential Document Shredding customers . This position also requires the applicant to be responsible for taking payments using various methods. Good basic math skills are required. Excel and Word knowledge is required. The customer service position will be trained to handle garbage customer service calls. The ability to work closely with other customer service staff and drivers and administrative and management employees is required. The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager.
